Dear Sir I observed your work on a neighbors home in spring of this year where I asked if you could quote mine. For the record you were the fourth company to do so. That night on my return there it was in my mailbox. The previous companies either did not show up when promised. And in one case forgot to change the previous clients name on the document template. I read through your quote which was fair but more so thorough with I might add brochures. I compared and called you back for a meeting which you showed up for on time and presentable. In our meeting I challenged you the integrity of your product choice and our particular needs due to the vintage of the home. You made the point of giving me a quality product at a responsible price point. On further discussion you informed me of your designer and that she had made some rough sketches of her vision of the home. You committed to have her meet with my family with her ideas. As promptly as you she showed up with a presentation and samples in hand. We were ecstatic as it very much brought together our scattered plans. We made the commitment to upgrade the shingles to an architectural design which, after seeing them installed was the only choice. Your installation happened on the date promised, the workmanship exceptional. My understanding is the shingles are demanding to install and it looks flawless. The men kept the job site clean and were friendly. In conclusion you need to hear that although we had a contractual obligation it felt entirely personable and enjoyable. I went from the house with one of worst looking roofs on the street to without compare.

I called Dwayne at D. Ross Roofing on a winter weekend to look at an ice damming issue I was having with my roof. Not only did he clean off my roof and patch up the issue so that I could get through winter without any more leaks, he pinpointed the problem and provided me a very fair quote to do a proper repair.
Dwayne kept his word and come the summer he came back to do the job. He replaced the improperly installed valley, reshingled the area to match, and installed the missing roof vent.
Very straightforward, honest to deal with, punctual and always returns calls/messages. I look forward the dealing with Dwayne and his company again and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good quality roofer at an honest price.

Exceeded Expectations
I could not be happier with the service and professionalism provided by Dwayne for a roof repair job he did for us (shingle and valley replacement). He showed up when he said he would, understood my problem, provided a very fair and competitive quote and completed the work on time and on budget. He also made sure the site was cleared up when the work was done. And most importantly, he fixed our roof leak the first time.
I really appreciated his professionalism, too. Something that sometimes goes overlooked. There was no yelling, gossiping, swearing, loud music, etc. from my roof during the job like I've seen with other contractors at the neighbours. A definite bonus.
I would recommend Dwayne in a heartbeat and he will be the first I call when I look to replace our roof in a few years.

"In August 2013 we contracted this company to install a new roof complete with Timberline shingles and all necessary upgrades to flashing and roof vents. The roofers arrived on August 29th to begin the job and started removing shingles from the upper roof. The crew had been instructed that there was a special method to installing Timberline shingles as they require a different technique (stepped installation). Late in the day Sherry arrived to inspect the job and immediately noticed that the upper roof shingles, although almost complete, had not been installed using the correct method. They immediately called us to discuss the situation and were very apologetic about the improper installation and that the roof would have to be removed and reinstalled properly. This was completed over the next couple of days. Many companies would have left the roof as it was initially installed and no one would have been the wiser; however, the warranty would have been voided should problems occur in the future. We were incredibly impressed by the integrity and commitment to having the job done properly. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing their services as the dedication and professionalism to a job well done goes far beyond the call."
