Because we take much pride in our workmanship all roofing installations are guaranteed for 15 years. Each installation is done as per manufacturers' instructions. This is vital as the incorrect installation of roofing materials will void the manufacturers' warranty.

When you choose D. Ross Renovations & Roofing, you are protected legally by a contractual agreement that ensures we do what we say, when we say it. This agreement outlines every detail of your project including the materials to be installed, starting and completion dates, materials to be installed, as well as our business license and insurance provider details. This contractual agreement also protects you of legal liability should an accident happen on your property during your project.
