From the start of your roofing job until the last bit of debris has been cleared from your home or business D. Ross Roofing will be with you every step of the way. Here's what you can expect from us, start-to-finish.
1. Your First Call Or Website Visit
When you call in or submit an online estimate request form, we will gather your information and set up an on-site visit.
2. The On-Site Visit
You can choose whether to be home for the on-site visit. Dwayne will offer recommendations on what type of work is needed (if any) and the steps to complete the work. He take the time to properly evaluate not only your roof, but all of the individual components that are directly affiliated with your roof. Accurate measurements and inspections are crucial for designing the right roof system for you at a price that fits your needs and your budget. We aim to have your roofing proposal to you within 48 hours!
3. Our Project Proposal
After a careful assessment of your roof, we will prepare a comprehensive online proposal which includes detailed findings, photographs and recommendations for work (if needed) as well as possible alternative options. The scope of work, materials, benefits, warranties and process will be outlined and the costs included. We`ll also walk you through the process of material selection. Our in-house Designer is always available to assist you with colour and material selection, as well! This is a complementary service for you, our valued customer.
4. Project Confirmation
When you decide to move forward with your project we will schedule your project start date according to the weather forecasts. Next, we will send a detailed contractual agreement to your email for your review and e-signature.

Our contractual agreement frees you of any liability should an accident or damage occur to your or your neighbors' home. It assures that your project commences and is completed as set out in our agreement, as well as other very important details.
5. Your Project Begins
With the necessary precautions to protect your home and property complete, we remove your old roof in small sections so your entire roof is protected from the elements at all times. In the event of approaching rain clouds your roof can be sealed watertight in a matter of minutes. While the roof is open we will inspect the roof deck for things like dry rot or mold damage and report the findings to you. Repairs (if needed) will only be made upon your signed approval.
6. Your Project Installation
Our skilled craftsmen will install your new roof system using the quality materials and careful attention to detail that D. Ross Renovations & Roofing is known for. At the end of each day you will be receive project updates in your customer portal. You can also reach out with any questions or concerns and we will get back to you quickly.
Once the installation is complete, we will take time and care to clean the grounds with a magnetic broom to ensure no nails are left behind and leave your home and property in its original condition or better ,as if it were our own.
7. Completion of Your Project
When your new roof is completed, you will be contacted to set up a time for a final walk-through. At that time, a quality control inspection will be made to ensure the roof is to D. Ross’ exacting standards. We will also discuss your warranties, maintenance tips for your new roof and finally, ensure that you are another fully satisfied D. Ross Renovations & Roofing customer. Final payment is due upon your satisfactory inspection of our work.
8. Warranty Registration
Within a week of your completed project, you will receive your warranty registration document. We've simplified the registration process for your ease and convenience!
